What we collect
When you book or contact us, we collect your name, service address, phone number, email address, your plan and number of cans, and any notes you give us. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Like most websites, our site and analytics tools (including the Meta pixel) may record basic technical information such as your browser type, the pages you visit and your approximate location, and may use cookies to do so.
How we use it
- To schedule and perform your cleanings and bill for them
- To send service messages by text or email, such as reminders and "on the way" and "done" notices
- To answer your questions, run our referral and gift card programs, and improve our service
- To measure and improve our advertising
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example our booking software, payment processor, text-message provider and analytics tools), or when the law requires it.
